Please note due to seasonality and factors out of our control, flowers may not look exactly as pictured.
Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature and due to variation in photographic lighting sources and monitor resolutions , the exact colour tones of the blooms may vary to some degree.
*切花在品種、顏色、生長型態上隨時間/天氣/不同農場培育略有差異，無法如圖一模一樣。
*切花因天然花材，攝影器材/拍攝光線和環境，後製或螢幕解析等因素，多少造成色差，此乃正常現象。

Delivery Notice
Self-pickup from our store in Kowloon City is highly recommended. Otherwise, we can assist with the delivery by a third party courier service. However, we will not be responsible to the damages made to our flowers once they have left our store.
For flower delivery, the customer must provide the delivery date, time, full name of the recipient, address, and contact number. We will contact the recipient prior to the delivery time.
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to issues out of couriers control, all efforts will be made to contact recipient. If recipient is unavailable for delivery, their order will be available for pick up from the store the following day. A delivery re-attempt can be arranged but additional fees will apply.
