Self-pickup from our store in Kowloon City is highly recommended. Otherwise, we can assist with the delivery by a third party courier service. However, we will not be responsible to the damages made to our flowers once they have left our store.

For flower delivery, the customer must provide the delivery date, time, full name of the recipient, address, and contact number. We will contact the recipient prior to the delivery time.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to issues out of couriers control, all efforts will be made to contact recipient.  If recipient is unavailable for delivery, their order will be available for pick up from the store the following day.  A delivery re-attempt can be arranged but additional fees will apply.
